My name is Jeremy. I am a 100% disabled combat veteran. Since I retired from the army in 2012 I've struggled with weight. I can't seem to control the typical mid 30's spare tire that we guys tend to get. Problem is there's not a lot of exercise I can do. I have spine problems and mobility problems. I'm trying to control my intake more and hope this app will help me do that. Nothing else has worked so far so I figured I would give it a try. If this doesn't work I'm going back to liquid diet lol.

Losing weight is mainly about calories so get a good handle on how many calories you need to stay in a deficit. Of course, stay as active as you are able and as your doctor advises. Good luck! Calorie counting does work.

Thanks I appreciate the comment. I'm using the diary on the MyFitnessPal and that's really helping.

I started calorie counting a couple weeks ago for the first time. Just trying to lose a little extra body fat. Lost 3 1/2 lbs in 10 days without changing my current workout plan. Good luck to you. Feel free to add me if you're interested in support and tips. Good luck!
