I'm in, I'm going to log into MFP every day during June. I have a bet going with my friend.0 -
I desperately need something to keep me focused. I lost 20lbs of baby weight last year, but still had a bit more to go. For the last few weeks I've been on medication with a very unwanted side-effect - Increased Appetite. I just don't seem to be able to stop eating, and it means I have gained nearly 8lbs in the last 4 weeks - and it's got to go!
