MMA/Juijitsu

Any suggestions on how to keep up with my non MMA fitness days.

I don't have a bag and none of my siblings seem to want to help out with Juijitsu

I'm thinking of doing just that then. Perhaps running today

I just started Krav this week. Plan on doing 2-3 classes a week. I am basically subbing Krav as my cardio and will just do weight training on my non Krav days. At least that is the plan as of now... how long my body can hold up on that schedule remains to be seen. :s

I have been a fighter all my life and though too old to compete, still MMA train every week.
On non-training days I swim, bike, hike and strength train while still maintaining mandatory rest days.
