Old fashioned oatmeal with 10 raisins, 6 dried cranberries, 10 pieces of chopped walnuts, 1/2 teaspoon of orange marmalade, and coffee.

I eat that about 5 days a week. Easy, filling, and healthy.

I had chocolate cake with butter cream frosting.

I repeated the process for lunch.

Other than my sugar headache- I have no regrets.

I love sardines now, but I had to get used to the idea of eating them. They are a traditional Norwegian food, not exactly trendy here, either.
