Three weeks and it's working

I have been doing this for three weeks, and to see how many calories I eat has really encouraged me to eat right and exercise, becuase when I add my workout it adds calories, so I don't feel hungry. I have lost four pounds, but have have lost lot of inches, I haven't measured myself by my clothes are fitting better and people are noticing, which is really encourageing.:laugh:
