Just reloaded the fitness app back on phone and made it through the day so far under my calories. Yay. Joined a gym and plan on 3 to 4 low impact workouts per week. Hopefully my RA and my back disability are up for it. I hate being overweight. I could use some friends from this site. Thanks. Rob g. :-)

Hi. Re-starting anything is always difficult. Start small and work your way up. :)

Nice going--keep it up, don't overdo it, you don't want to injure your back. Remember "listen" to your body when exercising. If it doesn't feel right, move onto something else.

Weight loss is just calories in versus calories out.

Im glad you commented. So far using this app and getting exercise I've dropped 24 lbs. Loving the fact my waist is getting trim after so many years. My RA is doing well too.
