Still going after 130 lbs lost

I'll start by saying that I am proud of myself and I'm not ashamed to admit it. I started a low calorie diet and treadmill exercise routine the last day of September 2014. Here we are 10 months later and i am down 130 pounds. It's not always easy. I find myself wanting to cheat more than in the beginning but i want to keep going. I still have a lot to go. I started at almost 350 pounds. I feel better look better and have more confidence. I am a 32 year old single woman and i now feel like I have opened a new world. Shopping in any store and not a plus size section is a thrill. I love walking and have actually signed up for 5ks. Here's to continuing the journey.
