Accidentaly froze Greek yogurt!

I bought a lot of Greek yogurt from Costco cause it's so much cheaper there and go through it like crazy! The only problem is, I placed one of the containers in the back of the fridge right under the cooler and it froze): I defrosted it, but it's very watery. I don't want to throw it away cause it's just a texture change! What can I do with it now? Maybe in smoothies or make a protein ice cream? Or salad dressing or sauce? Any opinions or advice!(: thanks!

You should have eaten it frozen!
It was like semi- frozen, and I ran outta macros for the night hehe, and I think since it was semi frozen the macros would have been inaccurate due to the separation. So I waited for it to defrost and then shook it up! But don't want to waste it so looking for tips and uses!(:

Add to sauces you're cooking. I like it in masala to pump up the protein and flavor.
What about draining off the liquid and eating as usual?0 -

The texture is completely ruined so draining won't do anything. It's like a soupy yogurt now haha

Stick it back in the freezer and see how it turns out? Worth a shot anyhow? Throw some fruit in it and turn it into a smoothie? If you have no other options toss it but... frozen Greek yogurt... nom nom0 -
Put it in a colander lined with cheesecloth or coffee filters. Cover and put some weight on top. Let it drain overnight and you'll get yummy labneh...yogurt cheese that you can spread on things.0

I'm the same. If something is still edible and I don't like it for whatever reason, I'm like: "I paid for this, I am going to get nutrition out of it somehow!".
Smoothies seem like a winning option.
Added to curries would be pretty delicious too.
Or use it in a "creamy" soup.0 -
All you have to do is stir it - I buy the Fage from Costco and split it into containers and purposely freeze it and thaw as needed...0

Or, if you don't have the "elbow grease" - a blender can stir it for you0
