I have been eating around 1200 calories for 20 days but I have only lost about one pound. I have been eating pretty healthy too and exercising. Why am I Not losing more weight and what are some tips to help me lose weight?

You only have 9 pounds to lose. It's going to be slow. What are you stats? Open your diary and the experienced people will look it over. With that little to lose, accuracy of logging is super important.0

Please tell us your height, weight, gender and age. That will help. If you want some more detailed analysis then opening your diary might help as well. Also, are you weighing all your food on a food scale? Healthy eating doesn't make you lose weight, eating less calories than you need does.0

That's a good rate for such a small amount of weight to lose.

1200 is the lowest it will give you. Odds are you set 2 lbs a week, which would drop you below 1200 a day. so you wont average the 2 lbs you set due to this
.5 lb a week is good for 9 lbs left0
