hi everyone! I have a lot to lose.. Over 100 and this is the best place for me to be open and honest. Looking for people who understand the journey and are positive!

    I have needed to lose weight for a long time but catching a 4th of July photo someone took of me without knowing (so i didn't have time to suck in and position my body or face a certain way lol) kinda broke me down and brought a realization that I have to make major changes and I have to come to terms that it is not a quick fix. But I need to do it..
