Hi all,
I'm new, just joined and looking forward to being a part of this community. First time adding foods to my daily counter and I'm confused. I had a Subway, 6inch, roasted chicken sub with veggies and light mayo. Not sure how to calculate this and when I just the foods list, it adds 85gr of fat! Obviously this is not accurate, any ideas how to break this down so my 'fats' are not in the red zone first day :)

I typed "subway 6 inch roasted chicken sub" into the search and found a couple of different sandwiches that matched yours. The one that said "light mayo" did list 85 grams of fat, which is probably a typo, but another one listed the same calories (310) with only 5 grams of fat, which is probably a little more accurate. I'd probably just go with the second sandwich.

Perfect, I didn't see the 2nd option. Thx for the reply, I will be back on track!

No problem! If you ever find that the food you want isn't in the database, you can create your own foods. In this case, you'd just go to the Subway site and re-create the nutrition facts as closely as possible. I usually find something close in MyFitnessPal, though. I've added only one custom food to the database.
