    hahaha...I dont know how many times I have tried to put it in my exercise log i know i know goofy me....I guess it could be considered light to vigorous calistentics lol

    I would think it also depends on if we're talking an entry like "Sex, Mainstream" or "Sex, Enthusiastic" :) The bottom line is you can create any exercise you want if what you need isn't in the database, but I'm not sure how you'd estimate your calories burned without wearing a HRM :P

    I would ask whether you were having sex when you put on the weight? If yes, then it doesn't make much sense to count it as exercise just to eat back calories.
