I am new! I downloaded the myfitnesspal iphone app last night. I am going to stick with this! I am going to lose weight! My goal is to lose 30 pounds by the end of the year and hopefully more beyond that! My problem is the exercise. At my current job, I sit behind a desk all day long and it is tiring...I know it may not sound tiring, but it is amazing how it wears you out. My goal is to do a little bit of exercise everday after work, whether it's just walking the dog or going for a jog, but move every day! Hopefully I can get the motivation in the rain even to go out and do something...

That's a little about me...so here it goes...

    The phone app is great for on the go tracking. Remember to tell yourself "I can" instead of "I'll try"! Good luck.
