Just saw this challenge and it is my biggest, longest running weakness. I'll take the challenge, even though I'm not off to a great start. Work schedule frequently gets me home later than many, so: "I won't eat after 9 pm."

School starts Mon Aug 3 for my youngest so I am hoping with the routine of early to bed this will help my crazy late night gobble fest.
No more pop hips in the house
No more blue cheese dressing!
(Yes I know it's random but I can binge on the darnedest things!)
My goal for now is nothing after 9
When I do have a snack that I have budgeted for I will drink 8 oz of water before I go back for a second round.0 -

As a general rule, the timing of our eating matters little so long as we stay within our daily calorie goal.
I get that.
My problem was that I binged like a rooting hog at night before bed. I used to eat dinner again every night to get that nice, stuffed feeling as I drifted of to sleep apnea.
PATHETIC!
Late night eating is a trigger for me big time, so again, count me in and COME ON IN; THE WATER'S FINE0 -
I have made decision to not eat after dinner. So far so good. I'd like join your challenge.0

My first challenge!! LNS is probably the biggest contributor to my weight gain over the past year and a half. I eat right before going to bed. I definitely want to try this challenge with everyone!! Starting tonight, no eating past 7:30pm. It's comforting to see there are other people with the same issue as me...0
