    Losing more than 1% of your body weight per week, and expecting that to be all fat loss is not only unrealistic but scientifically impossible. Please do not eat any less than 1200 calories and consider increasing you calorie and protein intake on exercise days to minimize lean body mass loss.

    karyabc, hehe : ) Yes, your question actually makes sense, but I am a fan of simple dresses so it wouldn't make much difference if I am a pound lighter on the wedding day so.. :D

    hey listen just to add, when I started this I had a vacation in 5 month and wanted to lose 50 lbs, guess what happened? on the day of me leaving I weigh my self and -47 lbs, no it wasn't the big 50 that initially wanted but it was pretty damn close and better yet while I was in my vacation bum -50 lbs \O/.

    what I mean is just do it! see what happens, either way you are in a win win scenario. Just prepare yourself to no feel like a failure if you do not reach your initial goal.

    That would be a 2 pound per week loss so it should be ok, and if you are going to exercise, maybe you should eat more than 1200.
