    Is that a Slimming World certificate in the picture? I've done Slimming World in the past but it didn't suit me - glad it worked so well for you, if that's what you used!

    Congratulations! You look amazing - well done!!!! Please work hard to maintain - 5 stone in 2011 - during 2013 I was under a lot of stress with some health related problems and unfortunately - I've gained it all back plus 5lb!!!!!!!!! The hard work really begins now - but you will do it! :D xxx

    Omg!!! Awesome. You look amazing. You've overcome so much, you must be so proud. Very inspirational. I truely understand all of what you've been through. As a nurse and as a wife of a wonderful man who was obese with a significant medical history. He went through a lot as you have. However, after years of battling he passed away 5 yrs ago. I wish he could of read your story. Be proud and continue to take care of yourself. Thank you for sharing.
