I don't understand how you know the amount of calories you can or can't survive off of if you don't actually know how many calories you are eating. If you are supposedly eating clean, then you may or may not be even hitting your main maintaining goals. The easiest way to cut is to log your food. Then you know your 3 way ratios and what to work on.

To achieve any specific goal, other than maintenance, you have to know what you're eating, period! Even if you eat the same thing everyday you still know what you're eating. Even if it's just judging by portions, you have to know where you are to now before you can make changes. Especially when you get to the last few pounds which you are. In addition body recomposition takes time, it's a slow, slow process. Remember what gets measured gets improved.
