I confess I did not track or count any calories today

That's good - everyone should take a day off once in a while. Sometimes, I start a diary and don't finish it if I know I'm going to be way over my calorie goal.165

My confession - I ate a whole 36 oz steak by myself last night, and in total went over my calories by 1,108
and I didn't feel guilty one bit!

Man, you are lucky. EXACT opposite for me. Kids get their snacks, and anything bought for me as well! I am to the point of hiding Pepsi cans and snacks so I know they won't all be gone in a day or two!
