How to log in my HIIT workout. I do combination of 9 strength training exercises but don't know how to add them. So if my HIIT session lasts for 15 minutes, how do I input the time duration. Can anybody help?

I use my Heart Rate Monitor to calculate the actual workout burned calories.
I log them under "cardiovascular" exercise.
Good luck in your healthy journey

Using an HRM for interval training will result in huge over-estimates.

That's not how the thing is supposed to be used.

I log my workout using my fitbit charge hr. It monitors heart rate all day long and since I have been losing weight consistently since I purchased it, I trust it for now.

I just look up the exercises and see what it recommends. For instance jumping jacks for 1 min equal how many calories. I have always had an issue with heart rate monitors. But maybe it will work for you.
