Correct, I lost 15.5 in three weeks. Basically just by totaling changing my eating habits and no junk or fried foods other than my cheat day. Also, I go to the gym three times a week. It's not recommended that you lose so much weight so soon, but it also depends on what your weight is when you begin. Congrats on your weight loss

    ^ Not true.

Exactly. It depends largely on your starting weight.

Congrats and good for you! I bet it wasn't easy. :)
Are you going to try to keep these things out of your diet, or just have them from time to time?

Thanks everyone and yes I plan to keep most these things out my diet. I will have chocolate every now and then. It was very hard but I had help from my fiancé, brother, and a friend. My starting weight was over 330 so it wasn't like I didn't and don't need to lose the weight!!

You can do this. Just stay positive and believe you have what it takes. When I had a sweet tooth I would eat a yogurt. Which my nutritionist said is very good for me. Whenever I craved salty and crunchy I would eat pecans or peanuts

You don't have to explain yourself to the haters. This is not the "I had success losing [10, 20, 30....] pounds and now I need you to critique me and give me negative comments" forum!!! It is a SUCCESS STORIES forum. Sheesh!! You did AWESOME and made very healthy choices! Bravo to you! Stick with it!

Congrats that's awesome!!! I wish I had that kind of self control! I have had success cutting back on those things, just haven't been able to get past the cravings. Thanks for being an inspiration, and ignore the haters ;)

That's awesome! Congrats! Calories in vs calories out is the main component of weight loss, but anyone who says whatever you put in your body to get those calories doesn't matter is lying. Also, like others have said, your weight loss amount is healthy. Not only do you have your doctor to advise you, but at your starting weight, you'll definitely drop weight faster. Keep going!
