Surgery killed momentum

Help! I'm loosing my momentum. I have not been able to do my intense workouts, burning gobs of calories, and with less calories in the budget, I feel like throwing in the towel. How do I keep going, knowing I fail with the calorie limitation? I knew I would fail and now I proved it to myself.

Maybe time to work on maintenance for a while. Just eat what it takes to maintain where you are for today. You can go back to losing the weight when you have made full recovery from your surgery.0
