Ive returned to MFP after being gone a few months. After regaining 86 lbs of the 141lbs I lost I'm desperate to get back in the fight.

    This is a good step! And I agree with the previous posters - log, log, log. It is when I don't record everything that I get into trouble. And it helps me to record before I eat instead of after. Not only can I see the impact of the food, but it causes me to pause just a minute before doing so and occasionally I'll decide to do something else instead.
