Can anybody recommend an informative, yet entertaining, Podcast for overall nutrition of how carbs, fat and protein affect bodies. Specifically, I am trying to reduce (not eliminate) my carbs and increase my protein. Just trying to tone up a bit more. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

I like Ben Greenfield's podcast... he has a lot of good info on nutrition and fitness in general: http://www.bengreenfieldfitness.com/podcasts/

Sigma Nutrition with Danny Lennon is a good one with a nice range of guest (some I don't care for, many are good). EvilSugarRadio if you don't mind abrasive, but they aren't pro low carb. For nice and neutral and even-handed info I'd search for any of Leigh Peele's old podcasts. The new Precision Nutrition ones are good and informative.

Anyone else? (probably more non-paleo ones?) I'm also looking for something to listen to while cleaning

Bump! Still looking for more podcasts. Liked the variety of the one @lemurcat12 suggested. The problems is most of the podcasts I could find were very paleo-oriented, which does not match my interests.

Time Ferris sometimes talks about nutrition and has some good guests on that talk about that. He seems to be a little more on the Paleo side. My favorite is the Rich Roll podcast. Not all nutrition, but a good amount is. However he's a plant-based ultra athlete, so many of his episodes are based on those two topics (plants and running).

I listen to a few plant-based podcasts, but thinking that's not useful info here. :)

For a completely different kind of podcast just for entertainment purposes, I recommend Serial.

Looking forward to some other suggestions!
