6 months on MFP, 55 lbs lost!

Oh wow, seeing these responses has really made my day! Thanks everyone!
For my food, I don't do anything special except stay under my calories and try to meet my protein goals. Otherwise I eat chocolate every day and don't really limit sugar or carbs or anything.
For exercise, I'm a major fitness blender fanatic (free on youtube) and do 30-60 minutes a day of interval training, HIIT, cardio, strength, or kickboxing. I get bored easily so I change it up a lot. I also have 4 kids and try to stay active with them so we hike or go for bike rides.0 -
