New to mfp, but I think I like it. I have counted calories for years. This has been a particularly stressful year and I have developed a Nasty habit of turning to food for comfort. I am looking to lose the 20 lbs that I have gained . my weakness is my motivation. I am an avid runner and I love to eat healthy, but I seem to be derailed way too easy when I get emotional or stressed. I am looking for support and accountability. Please feel free to add me.0

Hi! I lost 20lbs, felt great about that and my improved fitness and health. A few big life changes hitting me at once (separation from wife, career shift, moving to a new place) made me put things on pause.
