    Hey everybody! Day 6. Just looking to lower my cholesterol so the dr won't put me on meds. Active and 35.... But I love my meat.

    Hi..
    I'm only on day 4...I was using the fit bit app... But the calorie restrictions were too low... And I have borderline hypoglycemia... So the lower calorie counts were not safe for me... My cousin...Bronwyn Cook referred me to this app/website... Hopefully this does the trick...

    Surfnball39, I'm in the same situation. It feels wrong when I look at my food diary. I've had meat maybe three times in 6 days. Let's swap tips as we find them.
