Hello! Just stopping by to encourage you all to keep going! If I can do it, anyone can. I've always been one to make excuses- "I don't have time to exercise," "I'm too picky of an eater to eat healthy," "I'm just DESTINED to be fat." But over the past 50 days, I've ditched ALL my excuses and worked my tail off! As of this morning, I'm down 32 pounds and people are finally starting to notice. I didn't take a "before" photo, but the photo I used as my "before" was from the trip where I realized I HAD to do something about my weight, so it'll suffice.

KEEP PUSHING, KEEP MOVING, NEVER EVER GIVE UP!!

Starting weight: 299 lbs
Current weight: 267 lbs
Goal weight: 185 lbs

    Wow amazing! I am at 300 lbs from my back to back pregnancies and trying to loose 120lbs. Seems almost impossible but you're inspiring me

    I assure you, it's possible! I took all the tips people share on here (weigh your food, don't over estimate CO, be patient, etc) and SHOCKER... It's working! You can do it, Tiani!
