i buy mini ice creams from aldi/ lidl.bout 200 cals each.
eat the outer choccy for my fix,and let the ice cream melt over fruit salad for a dessert that fits macros.0 -
Skinny Cow is the only brand I know of. Personally I'd rather have a single scoop of Ben & Jerrys.0

I was told (dunno I don't eat them) that the bog standard supermarket own brand choc ices are low in cals - if that's what you are looking for? Or is it another health thing?0

Waitrose stock a brand called Oppo, which is lovely. It's not as low-cal as Arctic Zero, but it tastes way better. I tried Arctic Zero last time I was in the States and it just tasted like flavoured ice. Opp is about 350 calories for the entire pint, which is hard to beat!0

Have an Oreo ice cream sandwich. They're 110 calories each (the multipack ones) and you can get them in Asda, Morrisons etc0
