Not enough protein

Hi i have just started strength training and am finding it difficult to reach my daily protein goal without having too much fat ? Any tips

At lunch I make a smoothie with raw vegetables and 1 scoop of chocolate protein shake. It's called Quattro. I'm also doing strength training and I can see a difference in my arms. Try protein shake as a meal replacement.0

Google high protein low carb recipes. I had the same issue, but finding good yummy recipes helped me tremendously. And also, eat your carbs in the morning and veggies in the afternoon!0
