Hi, need a little help... I started Saturday doing exercise with the video of 30 day shred of Jillian Michaels... How do I know how many calories I burn?... Any suggestions I just put 200 base on stuff I read online but does anybody know by any change.

    the work out is the equivalent of a circuits class which for me with my Jawbone suggests I am burning between 600-700 calories per hour so I normally record it as 200 knowing it might be a bit more but wanting to be on the safe side

    I always used the circuit training thing before but now use my hrm it's always been around 230-265

    My polar gives me reads from 250-270 calories, so I think you'll be fine logging as 200. Just give it your all :)

    Same as candykay with hrm between 216 and 258.
