This is prob a really dumb question but, what is the units of Carbs, Fat, Protein, Sodium and Sugar on "Your Food Diary For <DAY>" page on the website? Is that in calories? Grams?

  carbs, fat, protein, and sugar are in grams
  sodium is in milligrams
