A possible idea about weight

In the past, I considered myself to be thin. 3 years ago, I had a pen pal from China and she told me she was 98 pounds and I realized that I was NOT thin. Back then I was 115 pounds and I thought I was super thin! Now I'm 130 (I've mainly been 130 through the past 10 years). When I look at people's bodies at church I can see the difference and I can see that they are thin and I'm not. I have tried exercising and I don't eat too much but they didn't work for me.
I think the best solution would be if I just let myself believe that I'm very thin. It will make me feel better. In the past I've managed to convince myself of things that make me feel good even if I know deep down inside that it's not true.

Why not be happy with who you are, instead of comparing yourself to others, or trying to convince yourself of a lie?0

Or they could find a job where they actually get respect.0 -

Then they go to work and boss is still rude to them. You're not really making sense.

130 for a lot of heights is healthy weight or thin. No need to compare to other ppl.0

Sometimes I like to imagine what it'd be like to date Lee Pace. Maybe I just need to believe it harder.0

Please stop posting undie pics and fishing for compliments/feedback. That is not the purpose of these boards.0

Don't know where you live, but here in America it's really easy to find churches filled with fat people. Try that.
Or, you know, work on not comparing yourself to others.0 -
Obviously not based on your original topic.0

You are talking about telling yourself you are thin to make yourself happy. The pictures are irrelevant to what you are talking about in this thread.0 -

We know what you are talking about more than you think. We also see things you don't see like your views and feeling on this topic. You compare yourself to some china pen pal. What do they have to do with you?

I hardly think she is fishing for compliments posting those pictures.
OP, you don't look overweight. You are at a healthy weight but I wouldn't call your thin. You are at a good weight. Maybe you could start lifting some weights. That can do wonders to your body.0 -

I have no idea what kind of response she is trying to provoke, but this isn't an appropriate place for these pictures.0 -

This is her third thread basically saying the same thing and posting the same pictures.0 -

This is the third post with the same pics and the same rate my body question in less than 24 hours. Let's stop indulging her with responses.
OP I really hope you seek help for your body image issues. Mental health is just as important as physical health.

Are you on some sort of medication that has weird emotional/cognitive side effects? Or did you recently stop taking a medication? Reading your threads is very confusing.0
