When u put in the search box for strawberries.. all kinds on strawberries come up all I Wana now is how many calories are the ones that u buy at walmart that are in the produce section in that clear lil box..

    Strawberries are pretty standard across the board. What's more important is that you are weighing them and getting an accurate logging of how much you're eating.

    Weigh the quantity you eat and log by grams in ,"Strawberries, raw"

    If you can weigh it, that is easiest with fruit. Otherwise, you're like, "Is this medium or small? Well, the last one that was on the cusp, I went with Small, so I'll go with Medium this time..." Such a pain! I used to jot it down or keep a running total in my head. I'd look at the strawberries and see numbers.

    So much easier to weigh berries. If you can.
