Jumping June Health & Fitness Challenge {Closed Group} Week

Welcome to Week 1!!!! Because the group grew I opted to move it from my blog to a message board!
1. Exercise-Commit to at least 30 minutes a day for the 30 days of June (3 -10 minutes, 2 -15 minutes is ok!)
2. Pick 4 goals for June they can be workout related, food related, water related. (Try something new like hot yoga, stay with my calories/points, journal daily)
3. Check in daily on the board to support and encourage each other!
Please reply to this post with your name, goals, and whatever anchor you will use for the 30 day challenge (in WW an anchor is something that keeps your focused. It can be a quote, picture, or saying!)

My 4 Goals:
1. Lose 10 pounds
2. Drink at least 60 oz of water
3. Do Bikram Yoga at least once per week
4. Weigh in daily

My 4 goals:
1. To get down to 10 pounds by my bday - June 18th.
2. To do BootCamp Clique 2x a week (this class scares me).
3. To commit my Fridays to at least 2 hours of workouts (I have Friday's off in the Summer).
4. To continue to eat clean during the week and only have a cheat meal once a week (on Saturdays).

The Express jeans I haven't fit into in over 10 years... (i was once sooooo fly in them...awww.)

Reading is Fundamental! LOL! I now see that I have to commit to working out EVERY day for June, which makes #3 on my list moot. So... I'll replace it with:
#3. Eat 5 servings of fruits and veggies EACH day

Oh yeah! Day 1 First thing in the A.M. I'm feeling good. Up early, out the door to the grocery store for fruits at work, took the stairs (as that is a big accomplishment), and on time to work!! Wooohooo! Go me! Now to eat this fruit and drink my H2O...until later peeps!0

What a great challenge!!!
My goals:
1) Lose 5-10 lbs
2)Drink 80oz of water
3) Add in an extra workout 3 days a week
4)fit comfortably in my size 10 Old Navy jeans

Welcome Ivy Diva! The goals can be anything from trying a new exercise like hot yoga to taking the stairs instead of the elevator or drinking more water (pick an amount) or trying a new healthy snack! You got this!0

How did Day #1 go for everyone? Did you get in your 30 minutes of exercise by any means necessary? Did you meet your other goals?
I was very happy with Day #1- I exceeded my water goal of 60oz I got in closer to 80oz.! I had a harddd workout and I weighed in!
So what is your meal plan for today?:bigsmile:
Me? Breakfast- Chobani Yogurt and a Quaker bar
Lunch -Tilapia with veggies and a baked sweet potato
Dinner - Planning to make chili!
Snack Cheddar, nuts

So, I didn't get to set up a profile yesterday, but I did get in 30 minutes by any means... ya heard!!! lol
I'm Erricka, and my June Goals are:
1. Journal everyday about how I'm feeling inside & out. Even if I start with, "I don't friggen feel like journaling today ..."
2. Only eat bread 2 times a week
3. Exercise 30-60 minutes a day
4. Involve the kids in my exercise 2 times a week

My goal is to continue to build up my water intake. I have not made 2L's yet but I also have not had any soda. My goal for the weekend is to continue to walk, not drink soda when I go out for lunch and to track my food.0
