Hey all! I'm new to My Fitness Pal. I live in NE Portland, Oregon. The reason I joined is because I am trying to get my migraines and tension headaches under control. My entire lifestyle needs to change because I'm tired of these debilitating headaches. I'm looking for some female friends in the area (or not in the area) to encourage me, and I would LOVE to encourage you, too!
