Does anyone have any tips for when you reach a bulking plateau? Last summer I was 125lb now im 140lbs while staying at the same 10% BF and can't seem to pack on those last 5 pounds what I'm trying to gain while still staying at the same BF content of course. Any one been through this? Thanks

Somatotypes have been debunked as an actual term for body types. If you're not the weight you want to be, then you increase your calories.

I think the others are correct with eat more.
You increased your muscle mass, muscles require more energy, so as you bulk your TDEE increases.
If you are still eating the same as at the beginning of your bulk, your surplus is now less than what it was.
    Go recalculate your TDEE.

    1. Somatotypes are a myth
    2. You aren't gaining because you aren't eating enough
    3. Bulking requires putting on fat, you need to get over that and eat to fuel gains.

    Somatypes are bull: https://youtube.com/watch?v=ZdpKEUgFuTw

Just keep increasing cals by 100 every two weeks until your plateau busts. You aren't eating as much as you think, or your activity cals are higher than what you think. Pretty simple.
