whatever RPM gets your heart rate up. if its too easy bump it up. It really is going to be different for everyone. there is no set RPM for weightloss. same goes for your treadmill question. Its going to be different for everyone. the fitter you get the more you will need to do to burn more calories so its a evelution of sorts.0

you can manually check your pulse. you will know if its elevated though. i mean you shouldnt feel like you sitting doing nothing. is it challenging? is it hard? then your elevated.
really though, not to come off as rude, but this is not rocket science. dont make it into it. just starte moving and doing and you will get the benefit.0 -
