BODY HAIR On men and women: Is this a turn on or off? Why?? How do you like it???
I personally think a man waxing is feminine...but then again I have very little body hair so it's easy for me to say that because it doesn't apply to me.

if the guy looks like he's wearing a sweater, it's def ok to wax, in fact it's imperative that he wax.0

I used to think it was really really gross. Then I met my hubby. He's hairy, but I love it!0

i am not a fan of the hairy man. Love a nice clean not hairy chest on my man. No hairy butt either!0

Too much hair on a guy is a turn off for me. I don't mind alittle bit of hair but don't like the sweater look at all. LOL.0

I shave and have been known to have it waxed. Smooth also shows much more definition0

One time when i was at a pool in las vegas i saw a guy that had lots of hair on his chest and on his back. I yelled out loudly "NO SWEATERS IN THE POOL!!!!!!!" .. so it's obvious i dont like hair on a guy. lol0

I don't care how it's done, wax or plucking or shaving or what have you, if there's enough hair to stuff a small pillow it needs to go.0

The only hair I dislike is back hair . I kinda lucked out because my bf's dad and uncles are pretty hairy, but he on the other hands has very little body hair.0

<--- not a fan of body hair lol0

on a girl - no way.
on a guy - hmmmmm, depends on the guy. a bit is perfectly fine with me. I like me some fur (except on the back - yuck!). And some guys look hot with a hairy chest. But for others hairless is the better way. Same with long hair or bald head - it depends on the guy. =^_^=0 -
I dont like hair on women, only minimal down there. I like it trimmed not a forest! ((hehehe)). As far as us men, I do shave the chest and get my back waxed when I go on vacations, especially when I know I'm going to the beach or the pool, But to make it a normal routine, that would be a no. But I must say I do keep my area trimmed though, because I am a very hairy guy and I've been told that the hair get's in thier mouth ((sorry to be so explicit)) #IJS0

Hairy backs are yucky0

hair doesnt really gross me out unless its ALOT of hair. then it either needs to be trimmed or shaved!!! i have no problems shaving a hairy back either... just sayin lol.0

It depends on the guy and how his hygiene is in general. As long as the fur is clean and maintained, it's cool. Guys that shave the genital area just look weird to me, trimmed is good, full thatched nest is not good (braided would be interesting).0

On a man, gross. Very little is ok... no hairy backs, no crazily hairy chest and no furry butt. HAiry arms are pretty gross, too... no robin williams arms...0

women should feel and look like women (soft and sexy) and men should feel and look like men (rough and rugged) just my opinion :happy:0

It's a whole bunch of fun for me ( ), but it hurts him a LOT.
When he's ripped, the hairless look is awesome. but believe me, there's NOTHING feminine about it.0 -
I prefer a man with minimal body hair and I would not have ended with anyone who was hairy. I just would have had an issue with it. And to be a total pain in the butt, I find men who wax to be effeminat. So, for me it is a naturally not so hairy guy all the way.0

I think people are entitled to have however much body hair they want and I really hate how popular culture is dominated by images of baby-bottom smooth women. The pressure that women have to wax, shave, and maintain hairless bodies is rather ridiculous, especially when you look at other cultures that could care less about it. However, I'll get off my high horse and answer the question...
I like however much body hair that particular individual feels sexy with! It's all about the confidence anyway, right? Who doesn't like a swimmer who waxes his body to win the race? Or a woman who likes to go around au naturel?
That being said, I get everything waxed and buffed, but that's what makes me feel sexy.0 -
hahaha I think it's a little feminine if a guy waxes too, but being really hairy is a turnoff for me. I dated a guy who had really hairy shoulders and a really hairy back and it was pretty hard to get past.0

Hair on chest, yes. Hair on back and *kitten*, no. Hair on head, optional. I like a bald guy;)0

I don't like my husband being prickly...so I prefer if he just trims his chest hair up once in awhile. Thank you jesus he doesnt have hair all over.
I would love it if I didn't have hair below my eyelashes...but it doesnt work out that way... I shave like nonstop0 -
I jokingly tell my husband that if he were to walk around outside without a shirt on he'd be mistaken for a Sasquatch (bigfoot). I don't find it a turn off but I also don't get turned on by the hairy back. I do like his hairy chest though. I imagine if I had a hairy chest he'd find that a turnoff! lol I know I'd hat it!
ETA: When my husband and I started dating he was a skinny 19 year old with three little chest hairs waving in the breeze! No back hair, heck he couldn't even grow a decent mustache! Now he jokes that his hair is migrating (off of his head and onto his back.) My point is, it gradually crept up over the years. I haven't had the issue of dating someone hairless then going to someone furry.0
