My journey to lose 100 lbs

Hi everyone:)
My name is Sarah. I'm 23 years old. I'm starting my weightloss journey at 240lbs. My lowest weight as an adult was around 165lbs, which i didn't hate, but always wanted to "get in shape". I've tried a couple of other times but gave up after a week or two. I don't know if it was lack of motivation or support, or all of the above, but regardless of any of that now, my attitude is f**k it, its time. I had a baby (c section) almost 2 years ago, and was a stay at home mom for the first year, which is when i packed on almost 80 lbs. Surprisingly i just had foot surgery, so the timing of me mentally being ready to commit to this is weird, probably because crutches were a complete b**ch and kicked my fat a** LOL, but since I'm not completely healed, I've started with changing my eating habits first. I cut out bread (except croutons on salad), junk food, fast food, pop/juice, pretty much EVERYthing processed (except ranch dressing for salads). I work out 20-45min(intervals) on a stationary bike at home 5 days per week. My goal is to be healthy so i can run around with my son and love life again, and I'd also like to one day blog about what i have gone through, share before/after pictures, advise, and hopefully help other people go through the same thing successfully. Please feel free to add me! I'd love support/motivation and to give it as well.

I started out needing to lose 140 lbs. I'm down about 25lbs now. Love that I have to buy smaller clothes now. A small step in a long journey but I am in this for the long haul. Add me if you would like and we can encourage each other.0
