Helloo! Im looking for anyone in Kamloops, BC Canada who would like to create some sort of motivation/support group! I have tried countless times to stay on track with being healthy but have yet to share a success story. Looking to try some personal support from people in the same situation, with busy schedules etc. Whether thats just messaging, texting, getting together to exercise or just plain chatting over coffee!
