I started tru vision April 2nd I am down 10 lbs. I'm very excited just need encouragement.

    Thats about 1kg a week, thats very good. What are you doing to help with your weight loss? I may be able to advice on things to help :smiley: do you have any other friends who would like to loose weight too? Im currently doing it with my friend, it helps to spur eachother on!
