I am looking for advice on how I can keep a record of what I consume but my curb, fat and protein amounts are for a high crab low fat diet? Can anyone advise me please, the ketogenic diet is very new to me.

Apologies forgot to spellcheck, predictive text, curb, crab should have been carbs

Editing macronutrients is currently bugged. When they fixed it you may be able to change them to fit your diet.

What amusedmonk said, but in the meantime the macro counts themselves shouldn't be wrong. You won't get the red/green numbers you want but you can still track amounts.

If you keep your carbs to about 50g or less, you be in ketosis, you can go more if you are very active around the time you eat them. Just fill in the rest with protein (between 15-35%) and fat.

Once MFP is fixed you can alter your macros.
