I'm 19, I started 10 days ago and I have 10 kgs to lose. I decided to have a cheat meal today but it turned into a cheat DAY, I over-ate and gave in to all my temptations.
Feeling a bit down and worried I won't be able to regain the control I was just starting to have. I'd love some friends and support. Feel free to add me! Thank you for reading.
