Logging Question

For lunch, i'm cooking two pieces of pork bacon along with what else I'm having. However I buy it at from a farmer at a local market, and the packet doesn't have any nutritional information.
I'll be grilling it, so I wont be using any additional butter/oil. My question is, so I weigh the bacon uncooked, and log it at that weight? Or should I weigh it cooked and log it based on that weight?
Edit: Because there's no nutritional information on the packet, I was going to log it using the bacon, cooked, baked entry in the database.

If you're going to use that entry, weigh it after you cook it.0
