I'm 5'5'' and a female. I'm 40.

Twenty pounds gone since the end of June. That's with swimming once a day from one hour to two and a half hours and a diet ranging from 1200 to 1500 calories. This is with higher fat than I ever ate before (olive oil) (between 50 and 60 grams), higher protein and carbs at less than 100 grams a day as well as low sugar.

So I guess in the end I took what the dietician gave me and then modified it with lower carbs and sugar and higher protein. When she told me to eat that much fat, I really didn't think that was going to be a thing I followed through on but I have.

I'm looking forward to more weight loss. My calf muscles are rock solid.
