Get a support network. Add friends (me if you'd like), join a group similar to what you think you'd connect with, and find one of the (constant) fitness / food challenges going on -- they help groups keep motivated and accountable toward each other. After a while, you'll get in a groove, and it seems easy!! Good luck!0

Also, look at adding in good fats. Avocado, olive oil and many others. They keep you full.0
