Shredding down

My body is a little lean, my only concern is getting more lean. I want to be ready for competition in 3 months, how do I shred down?

    What are you competing in? As for getting to a lower body fat % it's all about diet and training and making changes if needed week by week. There's no one size fits all plan so a lot more information would be helpful.

    I typically eat 95 carbs or less daily
