Loose 1-2 lbs each week starting June 1, 2011

Today is June 1st 2011.
I want to stay motivated, focused and try and loose 1-2 lbs each week. We can weigh in every wednesday which is one week fro today. Lets do it you all and keep each other motivated to reach our goals!!!

    Started a few weeks ago before a 9 day cruise...lost 11 before the cruise and didn't gain any weight YEAH!!!!...Anyway, got back on the wagon Saturday again and lost another pound....73 more to go, but need to seriously start incorporating some exercise into my week...so I am in for Wednesday weigh ins with all of you too!

  • This is day 1 for me. And I would love to start today, work hard & reach my goal weight. 23.6lbs to go. My summer wardrobe I kept from 2006 will finally fit again...wonder if I still have the same style.
