I've recently gained weight and even my fat clothes are tight. Night time is the most difficult for me when it comes to snacking and snacking and snacking.

I know that feeling. I do well resisting all day and stick to what I'm aiming for... then come 10pm I attack the biscuit cupboard. Sometimes it's just to get that sugar boost because I've felt naff all day.
I need to look for something sweer that fits in with my allowance. 1750 doesn't go that far really.0 -
