I'm 5'3 and weigh 181 lbs. I hope to lose between 60-65lbs. I would love to see anyone's success photo of similar height and weight loss please to motivate me. I'm only on day 3 and loving MFP already.

Welcome!

I'm not there, yet, but I'm at the halfway point! I'll post a before&after pic later, if you'd like. I haven't taken progress pics in a while, so don't have a current one.

Well I'm not quite the stats you're looking for. When I started losing weight, I was 190 (or higher. I hadn't looked at a scale in awhile) and have since gotten down to 148. The before and after I have is from about 175-148 though. x74ravkpkadr.jpg

Here's one of my face at 190 and around now.

I want to get down about another 15 lbs.

On 12/30/14 I weighed 198 and freaked OUT. I had finally had enough of feeling like crap and got busy figuring out what to do about it. I started taking pics on 1/16/15 at 188 lbs. I read about losing muscle while dieting on this forum, so looked into how to reduce that. I started Stronglifts 5x5 mid-Feb and have been doing that and yoga 2x/week. So 4 days of dedicated exercise a week, along with eating between 1300 and 1600 calories. I'm trying to stick with 1400 for the next 10 lbs, then I'll raise it to lose at a slower pace. My first goal is to reach 140, then lose maybe 5 lbs for maintenance and accounting for fluctuations. Then I'll start a recomp to reduce body fat and build muscle veeeeeerrrrrry sloooooowwwwwly ;)

Before 188, during in same clothes at 166 as of just a few minutes ago, during in regular clothes.
